Publish everywhere, then go to sleep

One video, seven destinations, a caption adapted to each, a summary to approve before anything is sent. And at night, the house keeps running: scans, transcripts, backups.

Releasing a video should be a celebration. For most creators, it is a chore: exporting every format, rewriting the caption for every network, juggling six apps, getting the time wrong, forgetting LinkedIn. Cinelude brings all of it down to a single screen.

One video, seven destinations

You upload the video once. You write a shared caption, then adapt it for each destination: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X, with several accounts per network if needed. Each destination keeps its format, horizontal, vertical or square, and its character count.

For some destinations, the upload goes straight from Cinelude once the account is connected. For the others, you download the video, take the prepared caption, publish and confirm the link: tracking stays in one place. Either way, nothing goes out without a summary approved by you. Dates are entered in the time zone of your choice, and the keys to your accounts live in a separate vault.

A calendar for the whole production

Publishing is the last box in a calendar that starts long before. In Cinelude, any document can carry a date: the calendar shows planned work, shoots, deadlines and the month's releases, and what has fallen behind. The same system feeds the to-do board, where each card moves from To do to Done. One source of truth, three ways to look at it.

The house runs at night

While you sleep, a program works without you. Every hour, at ten past, it picks up new videos. At night, it fills in the timecodes of older transcripts, backs up the whole instance with rotation, then sends the backup to remote storage. In the morning, it refreshes the views, likes and comments of the entire catalogue, and goes back over recent videos. The Pipeline screen shows the announced schedule and the runs actually received: no black box.

One video, all your destinations, each in its own format and at its own time. And while you sleep, the house keeps running.

Your data stays yours

Full backup every night, restorable versions on every document, a thirty-day bin, open exports, two-factor authentication. If you leave, you leave with everything. And if you work as a team, everyone has a role, owner, author, reader or guest, with comments anchored right in the documents.
