Terms of use

These terms of use govern access to and use of entresonge.com. They apply to anyone who visits the site (the “user”).

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

01Purpose

These terms set out the conditions under which Entresonge makes the site available and under which users access and use it. Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of the terms in force at the time of your visit. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02Publisher

The site is published by Entresonge, a French SASU with share capital of €5,000, whose registered office is at 58 allée de la Pièce du Lavoir, 91190 Gif-sur-Yvette, France, registered with the Évry Trade and Companies Register under number 108 107 970. Full details are given in the legal notice.

03Access to the site

The site is available free of charge and without registration to any user with internet access. The equipment and connection costs required remain the user’s responsibility.

The site’s administration area is restricted to persons authorised by Entresonge. Any attempt at unauthorised access or at disrupting the site is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence (articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Criminal Code).

04Site content

The site presents Entresonge’s activities: film and video productions, applications, completed projects and journal. This content is provided for general information and does not constitute a contractual offer: any service is subject to a separate quote or contract. Entresonge may modify, supplement or remove any content at any time.

05Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, films, videos, visuals, logos and graphic elements, as well as the structure of the site and its software, are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Unless otherwise stated, they belong to Entresonge or to Antoine Langloys, or are used with their owners’ permission.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, distribution or extraction of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means, without Entresonge’s prior written permission, is prohibited and constitutes infringement under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Uses permitted by article L. 122-5 of that code remain allowed, in particular short quotations with attribution.

For permission requests: [email protected].

06Third-party brands and references

Third-party names, trademarks and logos shown on the site, in particular among the references, belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned to illustrate past collaborations of Antoine Langloys or Entresonge. Their presence implies no current partnership, sponsorship or endorsement of the site by these owners, and grants users no rights over them.

07Links

Links to other sites. The site links to third-party sites: the applications presented (including Cinelude, OvationMap and Ventace), websites built for clients, video platforms and social networks. Each of these sites applies its own terms of use and privacy policy as soon as you visit it. Entresonge has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for it.

Links to this site. Any site may link to entresonge.com, provided it does not display its pages inside another site, does not suggest a partnership that does not exist and does not harm Entresonge’s image. Entresonge may request the removal of any link that breaches these conditions.

08Contact form

By using the contact form, users agree to:

  • provide accurate information and an email address they own or are authorised to use;
  • send no unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening or discriminatory content, nor any content infringing the rights of others;
  • not share personal data about other people without authorisation, nor sensitive data unnecessary for their enquiry;
  • not use the form for unsolicited marketing or bulk or automated messages, and not attempt to bypass its protections.

Entresonge may decline to follow up on messages that breach these rules. Sending a message does not commit Entresonge to entering into a contract. The data submitted is processed as described in the privacy policy.

09Liability

Entresonge takes care to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate and current in all circumstances. Users remain solely responsible for how they use this information.

To the extent permitted by law, Entresonge shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the site;
  • interruptions, slowdowns or errors on the site;
  • viruses or malicious software, despite the security measures in place;
  • the content of third-party sites reached through links;
  • any use of the site that breaches these terms.

Users are responsible for protecting their own equipment and data. These limitations do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Entresonge, nor to any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10Availability

Entresonge endeavours to keep the site available at all times, without any obligation of result. Access may be suspended, restricted or interrupted, in particular for maintenance or updates, in the event of a technical incident, network or provider failure, or force majeure. Entresonge may change, suspend or close all or part of the site.

11Personal data and cookies

The personal data collected on the site, in particular through the contact form, and the cookies and similar technologies used are described in the privacy policy.

12Changes to these terms

Entresonge may amend these terms, in particular to reflect changes to the site or to the regulations. The applicable terms are those in force on the date you visit the site; their last update date appears at the top of this page.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. They are written in French; in case of discrepancy with a translation, the French version prevails.

If a problem arises, users are invited to contact Entresonge first at [email protected] to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, any dispute relating to the site or to these terms falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts under the ordinary rules.

14Contact
