Stop watching your competitors' videos: read them

A forty-minute video becomes a sheet you read in a few minutes: the story, the timed structure, the verifiable facts, the psychology at work and what the audience asks for in the comments.

Watching a forty-minute video to understand why it worked takes forty minutes. Watching fifty of them to prepare a subject takes a week. Cinelude replaces that viewing with reading.

Every video you follow goes to an AI that reads its full transcript and fills in a sheet. Not a generic three-line summary: a working document, sized to the video, that you go through in a few minutes without ever pressing play.

The story and how it is built

At the top, the hook: what the video promises in its first seconds. Then the timed structure, part by part, with the length of each and the moment the audience replayed most. You see where the video asks its question, where it raises the stakes, where it delivers the payoff. It is the X-ray of a story that works, exactly what you need when you want to learn the craft from real examples.

The facts, and how solid they are

The sheet distils the verifiable facts, with their sources right next to them. It gives a truthfulness rating: the dates hold, the ending is a reconstruction, this part is interpretation. Truthfulness files the video, it does not judge its subject. An openly told legend is not a fraud; a dramatised investigation presented as established fact is.

The Analysis tab goes further. It picks out the psychological techniques at work, each with its timecode: the expert's authority at 4:12, gradual commitment at 7:55, confirmation bias at 12:40. It lists the anecdotes and their status, verified or to be checked. And a Critical thinking block flags what needs correcting, nuancing or is disputed, with the source and a confidence level.

You no longer watch the video. You read what it did, how it did it, and what it left out.

The transcript, to the second

When you need to go back to the text, the transcript is there: timestamped, searchable, synchronised with the video. Click a line and you land on the exact second. And search works across the whole corpus: one sentence, and you find every video that said it.

What the audience is asking for

Comments are a goldmine almost nobody uses. Cinelude reads them too and brings up what viewers are asking for: the rest of a story, an unanswered question, a related subject. These are often your next videos, already approved by the people waiting for them.

What it changes

On any subject, you no longer start from scratch, or from a hunch. You start from every video that has covered it, read, broken down and checked. The time you save is not about going faster: it is about going further than everyone else.
