Two months, 187,000 lines: behind the scenes of Cinelude
First commit on 10 August, an application with 231 API routes and 527 test files two months later. How a young French startup built a complete studio for creators, with Claude Code.

On 10 August 2026, a first commit lays the foundations of a tool still called "QG Vidéo", video HQ: a web application and a monitoring program written in Python. It is Antoine Langloys's private command post, designed to prepare his own videos. The next day, it already has its investigation-wall boards. The day after, it has a name, Cinelude, and a website.
Two months later, the HQ has changed scale.
The numbers of a sprint
As of 7 October, Cinelude counts 297 commits, 1,545 code files for 187,000 lines, 231 API routes and 527 test files. Budget tests fail if a page grows heavier by more than 20%: speed is monitored as a feature in its own right.
The application speaks French and English. It has a desktop version, which runs renders and video export on the creator's own machine, and an iPhone version is in the works. Behind it sits a base that grows every hour: more than 29,000 videos analysed, more than 6,000 hours of transcripts.
A feature a week, or close to it
The timeline tells the method. Mid-August, hourly monitoring, search inside transcripts and the story map. Late August, the engine that finds untold stories and checks before it claims. Early September, sourced writing, sharing, two-factor authentication, then all documents merged into a single system. On 6 September, the 3D Constellation. Mid-September, red strings on the boards. On 5 October, studio light control and the 3D Set. On the 7th, the bilingual app, the legal pages and the public demo.
Every step comes from a need we ran into on our own shoots. Every fix comes from real use.

Built with Claude Code
This pace is no miracle. Cinelude is built with Claude Code. The founder decides what the tool must do, every word on screen, every rule of truth; the AI writes, tests and documents the code alongside him. The same philosophy runs through the product: Claude reads the videos and drafts the first versions, the creator keeps the angle, the voice and the decision.
This way of working changes what a small team can aim for. A few years ago, a tool of this scope would have required a team of engineers and a funding round before the first line of code. Today, it takes a creator who knows exactly what is missing, and a standard of quality that never slips.
Written, built and watched over late at night by Antoine.
A creator economy startup
Entresonge is a young French company that brings together three trades: film and video production, software and a digital agency. That mix is our edge. Our tools are born on our shoots, and our shoots are the test bench for our tools. Cinelude is the flagship of this ecosystem built for creators, and it is only the beginning.
What comes next
The private beta opens in waves to creators who tell stories on video. Every piece of feedback shapes the next version, and the commercial launch is getting close. To be part of the next waves, it all starts at cinelude.com, with the link to your channel.
